I’ve always loved This Old House. I grew up watching it. So when I moved to historical Wilmington in the early 90’s from the Greensboro High Point it was only natural that I remodeled several historical houses.
I got my start in the window treatment business via the big box stores over 15 years ago.
I enjoyed talking and working with customers and measuring and installing their Window treatments. Sharing my knowledge.
But I did not always like the way the big box stores treated the customers. No personal expertise in the products. Awful customer service to the customers. I often heard horror stories about what the customers went through to order their window treatments. Leaving them out in the dark way too much.
But I wanted more, so I started my own Business CSOW, with my partner in life Hannah. She has been working with me for years now and our goal is to offer excellent customer service. Not to leave the customer out in the dark. Help them make a decision on the best custom shutter, blind or shade.
